There is no requirement of institutional affiliation, native English fluency, or a particular disclosed level of AI involvement. There is a requirement of original thinking, evidence, sound argument, and full disclosure about how the work was produced.

Before You Submit Every submission must include an AI disclosure statement (Level 1: no AI involvement, Level 2: AI-assisted with substantial human authorship, or Level 3: AI-primary drafting with human direction and verification). Clinical, diagnostic, and treatment-efficacy content is outside this journal's scope regardless of AI involvement.
